Easy PC Solutions Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Affiliate Program.

By joining, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our general website terms of use.

2. Affiliate Account

After approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link to track your referrals and commissions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring all activities under your account comply with these terms.

3. Commission Structure

You will earn a commission for each successful ticket sale made through your unique affiliate link.

Commission rate: 20% per sale. Custom rates may be offered for high-performing affiliates.

Commissions are not earned on cancelled or refunded purchases.

4. Payouts

Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, with a minimum payout threshold of £50

Payments will be made via PayPal

You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any fees associated with receiving funds.

5. Prohibited Practices

No spamming, misleading claims, or fake traffic is allowed.

Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords or misrepresent themselves as part of our organization.

Violation of these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Marketing Guidelines

You may promote using blogs, social media, email (opt-in lists only), and websites.

All promotions must be honest, respectful, and align with local advertising laws.

Use of official event images or branding must be approved or provided by us.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at our discretion, especially in cases of fraud or misuse.

You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.

8. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify the affiliate program, including commission rates and payout structures, with reasonable notice.

Continued participation after changes implies your acceptance.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to this program.

Affiliates act as independent contractors and are not considered employees or partners.
